In this recorded webinar, Christine Wilkins, PhD, LCSW discusses the essential components of developing a system-wide Advance Care Planning program, as well as forms, policies, and best practices for patient support for successful implementation. This presentation includes a guide on eMOLST, Advance Care Planning documentation, how to measure your ACP program, as well as strategies on how to facilitate serious illness communication. About the Instructor
Christine Wilkins, PhD, LCSW is the Advance Care Planning Program Manager at NYU Langone Medical Center. Prior to that role, she worked as the Manager of the Palliative Care Program and Social Work Services at NYU Langone. She also serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. An expert in advance care planning and widely published in other areas such as abuse and neglect, Christine received her PhD from New York University in 2011.
